Ingredients
* 12 large mushrooms * 1 tablespoon olive oil * 1/2 onion, chopped * 1/2 cup vegan sausage, crumbled * 1/2 cup bread crumbs * 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley * 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened. 4. Add the vegan sausage to the skillet and cook until browned. 5.
