Build an Insane Mob Spawner Farm in Minecraft Hardcore: The Ultimate Guide
- 30+ cobblestone
- 10+ torches
- 1 spawner
- 1 bucket of water
- 1 ladder
- 1 pressure plate
- 1 redstone torch
- 1 redstone repeater
- 1 redstone dust
- 1 chest
- 1 hopper
- 1 dropper
- Choose a location. The best location for your mob spawner farm is in a dark, enclosed space. This will help to prevent mobs from spawning outside of the farm.
- Create a platform. Build a platform at least 3 blocks high. This will give you enough space to work and will help to prevent mobs from reaching you.
- Place the spawner. Place the spawner on the platform. Make sure that the spawner is facing the direction you want the mobs to spawn.
- Light up the area. Place torches around the platform to light up the area. This will help to prevent mobs from spawning in the dark.
- Create a water stream. Place a bucket of water on the platform. This will create a water stream that will push the mobs into the farm.
- Place a ladder. Place a ladder on the side of the platform. This will give you a way to get up and down from the platform.
- Create a pressure plate trap. Place a pressure plate on the ground in front of the spawner. This will trigger the farm when a mob walks on it.
- Connect the redstone. Connect the pressure plate to a redstone torch. Connect the redstone torch to a redstone repeater. Connect the redstone repeater to a redstone dust. Connect the redstone dust to a dropper.
- Place a chest. Place a chest next to the dropper. This will collect the loot from the mobs.
- Place a hopper. Place a hopper under the chest. This will transfer the loot from the chest to the dropper.
- Test the farm. Walk onto the pressure plate to trigger the farm. The water stream should push the mobs into the dropper, which will then drop the loot into the chest.
- Use a spawner with a high spawn rate. The higher the spawn rate, the more mobs you will farm.
- Place the spawner in a dark, enclosed space. This will help to prevent mobs from spawning outside of the farm.
- Light up the area around the platform with torches. This will help to prevent mobs from spawning in the dark.
- Create a water stream that is at least 3 blocks wide. This will help to ensure that all of the mobs are pushed into the farm.
- Place a pressure plate in front of the spawner. This will trigger the farm when a mob walks on it.
- Connect the pressure plate to a redstone torch, redstone repeater, and redstone dust. This will create a circuit that will trigger the dropper.
- Place a chest next to the dropper. This will collect the loot from the mobs.
- Place a hopper under the chest. This will transfer the loot from the chest to the dropper.
By following these steps, you can build an insane mob spawner farm in Minecraft Hardcore. This farm will provide you with a steady stream of mobs to farm for experience, loot, and resources. With a little patience and effort, you can build a farm that will help you to survive and thrive in Minecraft Hardcore.
