Vision is essential for our overall well-being. - Eat a Healthy Diet: Fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens are rich in antioxidants that protect the eyes from damage. Include them in your daily meals to support healthy vision.
- Control Your Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar: Uncontrolled blood pressure and blood sugar levels can damage the blood vessels in the eyes, leading to eye diseases such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. Manage these conditions through medication, diet, and exercise as recommended by your healthcare provider.
